At Lisa & Claire Sydney, we offer various payment methods. Please note: the available methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which options are available to them.

1. Available payment methods

We work with the following payment providers and methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. Security

All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

3. Payment processing

Orders are only taken into processing after the payment has been successfully and fully completed.

4. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item.
