By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our returns policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy and cookie policy.
2. Product information
We do our utmost to describe products correctly and provide them with up-to-date information. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from these.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. The available payment methods (Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay) may vary by country. Customers must check for themselves which payment methods are available for their location.
4. Processing and delivery
Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping takes place directly from our supplier; customs charges may apply.
The stated delivery times are indicative; delays due to busy periods, public holidays or customs procedures do not give the right to cancellation or refund.
5. Returns and cancellations
Please see our separate returns policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be opened before the item has been received.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item. Always check your address details carefully.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including texts, photos, logos and design, is the property of Lisa & Claire Sydney and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing via lisaclairesydney.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints about size or quality, always include clear photos and a description.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Lisa & Claire Sydney is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
